Property Access

When first arriving at the property please follow the instructions on this page that details how to collect the keys to enter the main gate and the holiday house or unit that you have booked for your stay.

Opening The Main Gate

  • The button to open the gate is on the pole to the Right-Hand Side of the gate as you enter the main house property.
  • It is on the inside of the pole so put your hand over the gate at the top of the pole and push the button in.
  • This will open the gate so you can drive through.
  • Push the button again to close.
  • If the power goes out and you need to enter/exit the electric gate there is an orange key thingy hanging in the first long laundry cupboard closest to the laundry door as you walk in (Broom Closet)
  • You just need to insert and turn it on the gate motor box then you can manually pull the gate open/closed

We ask that the front gates and electric roller gate are kept closed during your stay to avoid wondering dogs and wallabies entering the property. Keeping the electric roller gate closed also ensures that people renting the units that aren’t with your group, understand that the house enclosed area and the pool is off limits.

Glass doors without a lock are unlocked by the lever inside the edge of the doors – bottom and/or top.

When the glass doors are open, please use the door stoppers behind the bottom of each door to hold them in open position to avoid slamming.

The bifold doors upstairs do not have a key. They lock into place with the latches top and bottom of each panel. Push on the first (RH) bifold to open the first bifold When opening and closing the bifold doors, open each double panel set and fold it back before opening and folding the next. This helps maintain the channel and rolling mechanism. Please close from the left (don’t pull the first one all the way across).
